The production process:

There are 5 main steps in production:

Step 1: We choose only the highest quality raw materials for our product. Once we have selected our material, we then put them through our cleaning process. The results are high quality material in its purest form ready to be processed.

Step 2: We carefully scale and divide the medicine according to our formula. Then we grind them repeatedly until they become powdery enough for our next process.

Step 3: Making them into tablets in the old days was labor intensive and hard control specification. Nowadays, we use machinery to help standardize the tablet’s size and weight. The results are more sanitized and consistent medicine tablet.

Step 4: In the past, to dehydrate the tablets, we used to have to lay them out on a metal platter and put the platter into fiery makeshift oven. Today, we have modernized oven to help us standardize the timing and temperature.

Step 5: Tablets used to be wrapped by paper, which sometimes leaks allowing air and humidity inside causing fungus. To solve the problem, we have upgraded our packaging process. Currently medicines are packaged in plastic foil by modern machinery to ensure airtight package.

In general, the production process in the old days depended main on human labor. Today technology plays a very important role in our production process. The benefits are more standardized medicines for our customers. However, we still use human labor for many of our process. The reason is to help our society in reducing unemployment rate.
